Travelling from Mannum area via Bowhill, Walker Flat to Swan reach is without a doubt the best scenic area along the Murray River for house boats.
Stretch your legs and roam along the many secluded riverbanks. During the colder months collect brushwood and logs for a memorable night around the campfire under a bright canopy of stars. For the adventurous, you can try fantastic wide water skiing, wakeboarding, kayaking, jet boating and swimming or use our Free heated jacuzzi. Set your yabby nets & go fishing or even play golf. Explore the backwaters of the Mighty Murray River in our free Kayak. You can always find a spot to get away from everything & to make your R&R complete.

Security Bond $1500 – $2000 cash – repaid within 14 days, after deducting fees & Charges inluding loss and damage.
Boarding time 3pm …..(or earlier request only).
Return to Marina disembark by 10am last day of hire.
From Mannum township take the free Ferry across the Murray River, then turn immediate left and travel 1Km along side the river until you reach a sign on left “KIA MARINA 7Km”
Kia marina huge sign:-
Turn left just before the huge Kia Marina sign and left again and go round the Marina to the river side and Cloud 9 will be moored on the river. (look for Bright Blue Shade Canopy and your there).
