Entry forms for Corowa Swim-In 2024

We understand that some people are having difficultes with the entry form. The easiest way to get the form is to download it to your PC, by clicking on the blue bar below and then saving it to your documents file on your PC. You can then either print it off and fill in the form, or when you open it, in Adobe Reader, click on the 'Fill & Sign' icon on the menu and then you can type in the required details on the form, save it and then post it to the KVE Secretary, whose details are on the 2nd page of the form.

Another option is to open the entry form from this website and fill in the required details using the 'Fill & Sign' option then save straight to your document file. You will then be able to attach the form to an email and sent straight to the Secretary (no need for a printer with this option).

For anyone still having difficulties getting a form, please email to: kveinc@optusnet.com.au for a form to be sent to you.
