Deposit:
Payable within 14 days to
confirm booking.
Payments can be made by direct debit, cheques, cash or
credit card.
Credit card payments will attract bank fees.
Hire Fee: Payable 6 weeks prior to boarding.
Bond: A cash security bond from $400 to $800 is applicable -
to be paid when boarding.
Credit cards, cash and cheques
accepted.
Licence: The hirer is responsible for the craft and is
required to hold a
current drivers license or boat license and be over
the age of 18 years.
Cancellation: Where cancellations may occur, we reserve the
right to refund.
Cruising time: Only during daylight hours.
Fuel: Charged on completion of trip.
Number of persons: Marine and Harbours Board regulations
state:
"the number of persons must not exceed the number of berths".
Damage: Any damage or loss may be charged at repair or
replacement cost.
Safety: All boats have been surveyed and comply with all
Marine and
Harbours regulations, management will not be held
responsible for any accident or injury incurred on the boat.
Managers
reserve the right to
refuse persons permission to board.
Prohibited items: All pets, firearms, chainsaws and axes are
not
permitted on board.
All
tariffs and specifications subject to alteration without notice.
The Management, together with the owners of the houseboats, take
care to ensure that the houseboat motor/s and all fixtures and
fittings are in good order, but accept no liability due to
mechanical breakdown or any other unforseen circumstances.
