TERMS & CONDITIONS
The site is published fortnightly and any editing required will be
charged at normal list rates.
The Murray Web Site is a directory and as such ALL advertisers are
committed to the directory cycle.
Some long term clients of over 5 years, that have maintained a good track record
with payment, maybe offered a % reduction on list
rates,
in
the event of a cancellation of more than 30 days,
new rate card prices
may apply.
CONTENT
All content and designs remain the property of the
Murray River Web Site at all times.
RESPONSE TIMES
It is expected that all email sales
enquiries will be responded to by operators within 3 working days in a
professional and courteous manner, contravening this policy may cause a
web page to be suspended without refund.
The responsibility of updating, editing and web management of actual
client pages is the onus of the owners.
No responsibility can be taken by
www.murrayriver.com.au for
incorrect information, server downtime or errors.
It is the responsibility of the client to check their web pages
regularly and report any problems to
www.murrayriver.com.au.
All web sites are for a three year minimum period to cover artwork, design
and web advertising, in the event
that the site is cancelled or defaults prior to this time, the Murray River Web Site retain the right to
continue hosting
any pages at their own expense without rates and/or
contact details and divert incoming sales
leads for a suitable period,
to re-coup costs and / or design charges or
charge the shortfall to the client. This period may continue indefinitely
until
a suitable replacement is found so as not to impact on search
engine position.
Clients wishing to use the design and content or
mirror the site produced for the Murray River Web Site in 3rd party
application may do so for a once off fee of $450.00. This may be exempted if
Hypervision are hosting or managing the external web area.
For the set up of Gold sites, one lot of initial changes are allowed
upon presentation of initial site + 1 lot of minor text changes.
Any changes after this will be chargeable..

reserve the right to advertise any third products that they deem
appropriate on any pages of the web site.
EXTERNAL DESIGN & CALL OUT ROUTINES
If an external web link is required, a reciprocal link is required in
return, one warning will be given, contravening this policy, may cause a
web link to be removed and editing charges will apply if reinstated.
ALL major content must reside within the web site.
ALL call call out routines must open in a NEW target browser.
ALL
external call out routines will be in a font size no larger than 8 and
must be situated under "contact details".
NO external links allowed within the main body of text.
NO third party design credits
NO online editing are allowed
ALL files supplied by third parties will be uploaded as supplied with
www.murrayriver.com.au menu bars added.
CANCELLATIONS and TERMINATION
ALL cancellations must be made in writing and sent by fax or or registered email within
60 working days of the next billing period
