Relax is a great family platinum spa houseboat which has 4 queen bedrooms with brand new beds, each of which can be split to singles, each with their own satellite TV and there are two roomy shared bathrooms. The bedrooms have power points for sleep apnea machines if required. The chef’s kitchen at the front of the houseboat boasts hot plates, oven, coffee pod machine, dishwasher etc. The island bench houses a microwave underneath and is a great spot for preparing and serving food. The front living area has a large flat screen satellite TV with Foxtel, DVD, PS2 and BOSE surround sound system, as well as a large bar with fridge and platter storage below. There are laundry facilities on board, the washing machine is accessed from the hall and the tumble dryer is located upstairs. Choose to dine indoors or up under the weatherproof rooftop on the new large dining setting, where there is ample space to relax on a sunbed as well. There is a large gourmet BBQ located on the rear deck. Also on the weatherproof top deck there is an 8 person spa. Relax has evaporative cooling in summer which is ducted to all the bedrooms and split system reverse cycle air conditioning in the living areas. The houseboat has 24/7 240 volt power, no starting the generator, and is powered by 2 Mercury 60hp 4 stroke outboard motors. On the rear deck there is a security camera and storage for golf clubs and water skis. Relax also has a depth finder, GPS and ski boat V hitches as well as a third external toilet. Use the chaise on the striking red front leather lounge whilst reading a book or enjoying your favourite TV program, or watch the river float by from the rear lounge. This area is also great for the kids to have their own space to play board games or enjoy quiet time watching a DVD while the adults socialise at the front of the houseboat. Relax sleeps up to 12 people, 4 on the two new rear sofa beds with plenty of living room still at the front of the houseboat. This houseboat is not pet friendly.
