The 3 bedroom cottage has been cleverly designed to accommodate your every need. With flexibility in the sleeping arrangements, it caters brilliantly for families, couples, singles or groups (with or without other cottages). Each bedroom has a King sized bed which can be split to 2 singles, with 2 of the bedrooms taking 3 singles if required. The cottage also contains 3 bathrooms to give you maximum comfort. Featuring a huge living area and kitchen/meals area, it is ideal for entertaining. Another feature of the cottage is the ability to divide it into 2 separate cottages, each with its own carport and entrance. One end becomes a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom cottage with the large living/kitchen area, while the other end becomes a fully self-contained 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage with its own living/kitchen area. We can also close off the back bathroom and living area, making it 3 bedrooms/2 bathroms/1 living area. Open it up and use it all, or close it off and use only part. Facilities in the 3 bedroom cottage include: • 3 bathrooms • Huge living area in main part of cottage • Generous sized meals area with table to comfortably seat 8 • Fully equipped kitchen to cover all your self-catering needs • Second living area with TV and kitchen/meals area • 2 split system air conditioner/heaters • All linen provided • 2 covered carports • Washing machine and dryer • Large private paved patio with BBQ & outdoor setting
