Loxton officially turns on it’s magic, beginning the famous month long Christmas Lights Festival. A day of family, food, friends and fun, the program of events is packed full of entertainment, performances and activities throughout the whole day for the entire family to enjoy. At 9pm the sky comes alive with one of the most spectacular fireworks displays in country South Australia. Throughout the 4½ week program, hundreds of cars and many coach loads of visitors tour the streets to experience the delights of Santa’s Walk, Christmas Wonderland and other light displays throughout the township.
