Murray Bridge Farmers' Market
15 Jun - 13 Oct 2013
The Murray Bridge Farmers Market is your bridge to the source.
Held every Saturday from 8am-12noon at the Wharf Precinct on the pristine banks of the Murray River, it is only 45 mins from Adelaide via the South Eastern Freeway. Car parking is free.
Showcasing the best kept secrets of the Murraylands and Coorong region, the Market offers super fresh seasonal fruit and vegies, oven baked breads and pizzas, home made baked delights, honey, olive oil, native plants, potted herbs and more, whilst providing shoppers the opportunity to meet the producer and buy direct from the source. It is the ideal place to meet friends for a hot Brekky and award winning coffee, while taking in the seasonal river views……Saturday mornings don’t get any better than this!
The only Farmers Market in South Australia to be accessed directly by River or Road, there is adequate moorings for all water crafts including houseboats, only meters in front of the Market; making it the ideal place to stock up on fresh regional produce before your river holiday.
