The OPAL Festival is an easy and fun opportunity to hear about great ways to keep your family healthy and active and to find out about all the great healthy lifestyle activities happening in your community. The Rural City of Murray Bridge’s OPAL Festival is packed full of fun ideas for children and families.
This festival aims to showcase the great work that is being done in the area of healthy living. Many local clubs, services and businesses are offering various events and activities throughout the community.
Over the month there will be workshops, exercise classes, a Parks Amazing Race, interactive shows, tours of local wetlands, sports clinics and an OPAL Festival Fun Day. Not only will you find new ways to eat well and be active, you’ll have a great time doing it!
