Gain an advantageous perspective of the river town of Mannum as you relax and enjoy the passing river scenery and listen to the slap of the paddles. Whether we steam downstream or head upstream, this unique journey aboard the grand old lady of the river will appeal to all with spectacular river scenery and a myriad of bird life

Indulge in a delicious Devonshire tea served in the dining room, or make your way up to the licensed bar on the middle deck.

Observe the Engineer and Fireman as they work their magic in the art of steam engine operation. Watch in awe as the Captain and Mate manoeuvre the 200 tonne heritage vessel. Learn the history of the PS Marion from interpretive panels, or better still – have a chat to one of the friendly Deckhands.

Relax, unwind and appreciate the serenity PS Marion and the Murray River have to offer.PLEASE NOTE: CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 4 CAN BOARD FOR FREE BUT PLEASE CALL US ON (08) 85692733 AS THEY NEED TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR.

A cruise and museum entry combination ticket is also available to enable visitors to explore the Mannum Dock Museum; where Black Smiths enthrall visitors with their demonstraton of the ancient art of blacksmithing and the historic key beam steam engine is in operation.

Another “must see” for families is the new and exciting interactive display “All Steamed Up” where you become a River Boat Captain and steer along the River Murray. Understand the science of steam power. Learn about sags, snakes and river life; just to name a few amazing attractions that await you at the Museum only a short distance away.
