Walk your heart healthy with the Combined Riverland Heart Foundation “Walk for Heart Week” Meeting at the Loxton Boat ramp, all walkers welcome, three walks available-
Easy (1km) medium (3km) and hard walk (up hill) available. Warm up before the walk with Tai Chi and follow your walk with lunch at the Loxton Club at 12noon. Come along and take your heart for a walk!!
