Quilting Weekend Workshops (The Wright Quilt Shop Berri)

The Wright Quilt Shop is holding quilting workshops in August, for beginners and capable quilters alike.
Saturday 16th August- A free-motion quilting workshop. Free Motion quilting is the art of accenting parts of a quilt or a all over texture using stitches and thread colours. Stitching swirls, motifs and lines adds dimension, depth, meaning and interest to the quilt. Class is from 10am-4pm $70pp
30 August- Stack and Slash Workshop. This technique is a random cutting style that has few rules and little stucture. Different blocks of fabric squares are chosen of different sizes and worked to create a unique peice. 10am-4pm $65
