The OPAL Festival is an easy and fun opportunity to hear about great ways to keep your family healthy and active and to find out about all the great healthy lifestyle activities happening in your community. The Rural City of Murray Bridge’s OPAL Festival is packed full of fun ideas for children and families. From supermarkets to kindies, sporting clubs to playgroups, primary schools to the Farmers Market, the OPAL Festival is promoting healthy eating and physical activity events, programs and opportunities throughout the community. Over the month there will be workshops, cooking sessions, an interactive shows, sports clinics and much more. Not only will you find new ways to eat well and be active, you’ll have a great time doing it!
