Friendly Street Poets is SA’s premier poetry group. On Sunday 6 Sept (Fathers’ Day), the group will conduct its first-ever reading at Murray Bridge in Our Wellbeing Place, Swanport Road, as a prelude to further poetry events in 2010. It’s FREE, with a door prize, discounts and giveaways. Local poets can read their own work (4 min time limit) and have their poem considered for the next Friendly Street Reader to be published in March 2010.
