- 9 Houseboats ranging from 2 berth to 12 berth. Three (new to fleet) 10/12 berth luxurious houseboats
- BMS Tour boat “Missy” will be conducting tours
- Hot Dogs and refreshments available
- Trenberth Holiday House will be open for inspection
