GENERAL CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

All Exhibits must be grown by the exhibitor, except for Section F and H.
Arranging and staging must be the work of the exhibitor. Entry forms
are to be completed and brought with entries when setting up on
Thursday afternoon before the Flower Show.
STAGING – Waikerie Institute will be available for staging between
2.00pm – 7.30pm THURSDAY 15th OCTOBER (Staging must be
completed by 7.30pm). All staging bottles will be supplied: fill
containers with water when staging. The exhibitor must stage their
own exhibits. Stewards will assist if necessary. Points will be awarded
towards an Aggregate Prize:
3 points for a First Prize
2 Points for a Second Prize
Certificates will be awarded for First and Second Places. Prizes for
Champion Exhibit will be awarded in each section of the show. There
will be a Special Aggregate Prize for the “Floral Art Section”.
No exhibit to be removed from hall before 2.00pm on Saturday.
