The Colour Classic show is now into its 4th year building year on year to promote all colours of the alpaca and is the largest yearly alpaca show held in South Australia. This year will see almost 250 of Australia’s best coloured alpacas from SA, NSW, VIC and Tas. As well as the judging of these fine animals over the course of two days there will competition fleeces on display as well as art / craft and photography exhibits.

This show offers a unique opportunity for anyone interested in knowing more about this most green of farming enterprises to talk to breeders large and small, see a range of alpacas and see a range of some of the end-products which are now being produced with the exquisite fibre of the alpaca.
