A Day on the Hill

Lake Cooper Estate will host their annual event “A Day on the Hill’ on October 17th. In its 6th year it has become a popular event with locals and many visitors from Melbourne, Bendigo, Echuca, Rochester and Shepparton areas. Visitors are treated to tastings of new release wines along with the full range of Lake Cooper Estate’s fine Heathcote region wines. There is entertainment for the whole family with live music from the Cabarettos and Malibugroove, helicopter flights, petanque, jumping castle, face painting, magic shows and balloon creations. A variety of exhibitors provide a wide range of local produce, crafts and delicious food & beverages. Bus transport is available from Melbourne, Bendigo, Echuca, Rochester and Heathcote.
Corop Community Action Group, Corop Fire Brigade, Rochester Cricket Club and Rochester Rotary Club are given the opportunity to fundraise by running food, drink and produce stands.
