Discover the passion of local producers and the winemakers behind our world-class wines when Rutherglen hosts the ultimate fete de gourmand, Tastes of Rutherglen. Start your festival experience on Friday March 9th with a regional showcase dinner highlighting the best produce from the Rutherglen region. Then let your tastebuds lead the way through the festival as you wander between the participating wineries over two weekends. Choose perfectly matched food and wine combinations and exciting culinary experiences and activities at each venue. Leading chefs and winemakers will be on hand presenting these fabulous experiences in a regional culinary event not to be missed.
Transport options are easy, thanks to the TAC Winery Shuttle Bus which circles between all 20 wineries and is available each day with pick up and drop-off in Rutherglen, Wahgunyah & Corowa, Albury Wodonga, Howlong, Mulwala, Bundalong, Chiltern, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga. A Designated Driver Reward Campaign, also sponsored by TAC, operates all weekend with information available at participating Winery Walkabout Wineries. Festival-goers can hop on and off as they like in a safe and easy tour of the wineries!
