Mallee Almond Blossom Festival

This years marks the 4th Annual Mallee Almond Blossom Festival.
This year’s Festival will be moving from the site of previous years to a new venue which we envisage will be more accessible to our patrons:near the beautifully manicured fairways and greens of the Robinvale Golf Club.
Come prepared for a wonderfully relaxing day sampling and purchasing local produce such as almonds, olives, flavoured olive oils and salad dressings, avocados, sultanas, fresh garden produce, local honey and more.
Locally owned and family operated wineries will be in attendance for wine sampling and purchase. There will be a wide variety of food to choose from too, from favourites such as hot dogs and spaghetti, through to tasting plates incorporating local produce.
As in past years, complimentary guided bus tours of local almond and pistachio farms will take place throughout the day but be quick – this activity fills fast. The local craftspeople will be out in force too with clothing, jewellery, artwork and craftwork available for purchase.
For those with littlies that need to be kept amused there will be a roving clown, carnival rids and plenty of lawn to run around on. Other attractions include a vintage car display, multicultural entertainment such as dancing and singing.
A cook-off will be compered by Chef Andy from Seasons Restaurant in Mildura. Junior and Senior sections will by vying for first place.
The inaugural Blossom Festival Golf Classic will be taking place at Robinvale Golf Club on Saturday 20 August with the chance to win a car for a hole in one.
