Corowa National Federation Festival - New Year's Carnival
Every year in the days leading up to New Year
Corowa’s National Federation Festival celebrates the important role Corowa played in Australia’s Federation. The festivities include a New Year’s Carnival, Australia Day Weekend festival, and a B ‘n’ S Ball, all annual events.
The New Year’s Carnival includes fun for all the family in the form of a sideshow and rides, food, live music, a three-day market and a Talent Quest. On New Year’s Eve, two rounds of fireworks will be set off for the amusement of spectators, and the annual Yellow Duck Race will be held. The winner of the Duck Race will be awarded with $700.
