Part proceeds go to Matt Golinski Trust Fund. Matt has been associated with the Pinnaroo Spudfest for many years and has cooked for past Black Tie Dinners. Join this years Chefs’ including Dominique Rizzo for a truly gourmet experience using some of the local specialties: potatoes, onions, carrots, pork, beef, lamb, poultry etc.
