Maiden’s Inn is located on the banks of the Murray River and close to the historic Port of Echuca. The twin towns of Echuca-Moama offer a diverse range of activities and year round events to entertain holiday makers of all ages.

Maiden’s Inn boasts a unique history. In 1845 James Maiden, an ex-British convict who became a wealthy, self-made cattle dealer, established a river crossing over the Murray and built a slab hut which was known as Maiden’s Inn. In 1846 the hut was replaced by a magnificent two story building boasting 22 rooms and licensed as the “Junction Inn”.

During the 1870’s the Inn was renamed the “Royal Hotel”. In 1879 the hotel was de-licensed and became a private residence. In 1937, the residence was destroyed by fire. The impressive pillars of the residence survived the inferno and are located the entrance to Maiden’s Inn holiday Park.

Cancellation Policy

• One night’s accommodation will be charged if less than seven (7) days’ notice of cancellation is received.
• 50% of one night’s accommodation will be charged if less than fourteen days (14) notice is received.
• Full refund will be made if cancelled greater than fourteen (14) days from arrival.
• All cancellations must be made in writing direct with the property
• Valldity from 01 April 2012 – 31st March 2013
