Twelve months ago we purchased Perricoota Station and are now ready to receive accommodation, ceremony and function Bookings.

An abundance of history is stored in the many buildings that are on Perricoota Station. The original homestead was built in 1861 and now sets on 300 acres with 3km’s of absolute Murray River frontage. The splendid views and fishing from the river is tranquility at its best. We are located 23km’s west of Moama. The 90 square homestead comprises of the following:

• 9 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms – sleeping 23 persons
• formal dining room seating 20 persons on the original Homestead table
• Sitting room
• Billiards and entertainment room
• Kitchen/meals area
• Pool, with kids pool
• Pontoon/boat jetty located on the Murray just behind the homestead – giving direct access to the river

This magnificent Victorian homestead offers every feature of the era, including tessellated verandahs and entrance hall, press wed iron high ceilings and marble fire places. There is of course the main homestead plus two other houses on the property available for bookings.

The history in itself is amazing with photographs, paraphernalia, original telegrams etc.. the homestead was filmed in the old classic movie “All the Rivers run”. Also to mention the old horse stables, original school, orchards of oranges and grapefruits and the packing sheds housing the original conveyor equipment are all in brilliant order. The setting is a dream with beautifully manicured lawns, shaded by some of the most magnificent trees planted up to 160 years ago.

Travel Approx. 22 km (20 min drive)

2. On yr. left, pass Deep Creek Marina.
Turn left (down dirt road) at the brown sign
“Perricoota Forest” – Travel for 2 km

3. On the first bend turn left when you see a white sign “Perricoota”
