Welcome to Pompoota Homestead, situated on the banks of the mighty River Murray near Mannum, just an hour’s drive from Adelaide. The homestead is perfect for that special occasion with family and friends, with 5 acres of billabong, birdlife and river frontage.
So come and enjoy a quiet part of the River Murray with no neighbours nearby!
The large homestead sleeps 16, (can cater for more with owner’s consent) – has a fully equipped modern kitchen, 2 separate living areas, 2 bathrooms and 4 bedrooms.
Ideal destination for bird-watching, fishing, kayaking or to just relax and unwind.
For those who prefer the faster pace, there is your own boat ramp, lawned river front and private beach to enjoy your boating days on a quiet part of the River Murray!
The emphasis is clearly on outdoor living. The homestead has an all-round verandah, a 6 burner BBQ, outdoor furniture and a huge sweeping front lawn overlooking the billabong and Murray River.

$300 per night week rate
REST OF THE YEAR:
$1400 weekend (from 2.00pm Friday through to 10.00am Monday)
$400 per night week rate
LONG WEEKENDS:
$2000 weekend (from 2.00pm Friday through to 10.00am Tuesday)
($1700 June Long Weekend)
EASTER:
$3500
CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR:
$700 per night
January $600 per night – Minimum 7 night stay.
BOND: $500
