There are 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, dishwasher, microwave, LCD TV, DVD and CD, MP3 and IPod player with new sound system throughout plus gas heating and air conditioning.

Deposit of $500 payable within 7 days of a booking for confirmation of hire.

The balance of the hire fee is required no later than 6 weeks prior to your departure date.

Cash security deposit of $500 is payable prior to departure and upon return all fuel costs will be deducted from the cash security deposit.
