Types of accommodation

Our Terrace homes include open plan kitchen, dining and lounge rooms, all with uninterrupted views of the marina, separate laundry and second toilet and that is only on the lower level…

Terrace Villas

Upstairs comprises three bedrooms, ensuite bathroom and second bathroom. The two main
bedrooms open onto a large, private balcony with unobstructed views of the Marina Basin. Each villa has slightly different bedding configurations to cater for your individual needs.

Studio Access

Some of our Terrace Villas can be rented as 1 bedroom apartments. ’Studio Access’ gives you full access to the downstairs, balcony and courtyard areas with the use of the main bedroom and ensuite on the upper level.

Each property is furbished in its own style, using contemporary décor and modern appliances.

The open plan terrace houses feel more like a trendy inner-city hotel than a beach house. The only difference being, the relaxed Marina setting and the wonderful views that are captured through the floor to ceiling windows.

All properties include a 2 car carport and fenced rear courtyard as well as your own boat mooring only metres from your terrace.

Fleurieu Chalet

Our only three story property the Fleurieu Chalet is a cut above the rest offering additional space and luxuries such as a king size bed, spa and pay tv.

Chalet Studio Access

‘Studio Access’ is also available in the Fleurieu Chalet allowing couples to experience the magnificent property.
