The Mildura Eisteddfod Society runs an event to foster the performing ars in the areas of Speech and Drama, Vocal, Instrumental, Pianoforte, Choirs and Dance. It is now run for over approximately 2 weeks (three sessions per day) and is open to all. It attracts entrants from schools, private performing arts groups and individuals. The society brings accomplished and independent adjudicators to the venues to give both professional feedback on performance and educational/up-skilling workshops drawing on their specific areas of expertise.
