The Upper Murray Resort is situated on 180 acres of truly unspoilt mountain bushland with sweeping views over the Murray River and down the valleys. The Resort has been built conscious of its surroundings and environment. Native fauna has been planted around the sixteen cottages and four motel units located throughout the venue to encourage the wildlife to come to you.

We welcome small family dogs to the property, keeping in mind they must be on a leash at all times when outside for their protection and that of our visiting wildlife.

At the Upper Murray Resort the outdoor facilities include: two swimming pools (one with a heated spa), BBQ Gazebo, tennis court and badminton for you to enjoy.

Plenty to see and do

Bushwalking, bird watching and stargazing are all free of charge. A scenic canoe trip along the Murray River is a fantastic way to make the most of your holiday. We have 1 ,3 or 6 hour trips as well as over night hire is available. The golf course is located adjacent to the resort (see reception for Club Hire). Course green fees are payable at the clubhouse.

We are happy to open the Wildwood Cafe & Grill for groups of twenty or more adults by arrangement.

Meals, barbeque packs or gourmet platters can also be arranged for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own cottage.

THe Upper Murray Resort’s- Wildwood Function and Conference Centre has four function rooms of varing sizes. Two of which have open fires, these flow out onto our courtyard and beautiful gardens.

Our Rammed earth Country style complex and lovely gardens makes us an ideal location for a beautiful country wedding.We cater for wedding cermonies inside or out on the courtyard or gardens and with our stunning views you are assured of great family photos.

The Upper Murray Resort is situated just over 1 hour’s drive from Albury/ Wodonga and Wagga Wagga is only 1.5 hours away. We are positioned approximately half way between Melbourne and Sydney.

The Conference Center is set on 180 acres of mountains, bush land and pasture with sweeping views down the Upper Murray Valley.

The time has been taken to create a conference center which feels comfortable and has all the equipment necessary to run a successful conference, and where the distractions of daily business activities are minimised.

Seating for up to 170 delegates is available.

Each self contained Cottage can sleep 2 to 8 people depending on the group allocation. The resort can accommodate approximately 130 people per night.
