Greatest Dry Lake Bed Dinner

We are having the “Greateast Dry Lake Bed Dinner” to commemorate the lake being dry for the first time in over 100 years. The Dry Lake Bed dinner is to be a signature event for Lake Boga with members of the community proving that in such adverse times they are not being defeated by drought conditions. This event will allow us to celebrate our community, promote our town, our heritage and endorse community spirit. People will gather around the forshore to have dinner commencing at 6pm.Trestle tables will be provided and set up around the Lake Boga foreshore near shade shelters and conveniences. BYO food, picnic hamper or B/Que or assistance with dinner arrangements if required at a cost. Prizes will be awarded for best table setting, best themed table and most people at one table. The finale of the night will be a spectacular display if fireworks starting at 9pm.
