WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
We thank you for choosing to stay in Marion Lodge holiday rental. We hope you have a wonderful stay. During your stay you have access to our property and use of all contents. As you can imagine, as well as the investment in the property, there are a lot of costs involved in setting up the property and maintaining it in good condition. Most of the time our guests treat our property wonderfully well and we so appreciate it!
Responsibility
The person(s) who initiated the booking request is responsible for this booking and for complying with the terms and conditions as specified below. When a guest registers or an invitee of a guest enters the premises, they are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these conditions.

1. NO SMOKING: Please do not smoke inside. Clean up any butts left outside
2. CLEANING: Our accommodation is cleaned thoroughly after every stay.
3. DAMAGE: Any breakages, damage, stained/soiled linen and/or excess cleaning items are to be paid for out of security bond.
4. USE OF PROPERTY: The number of people staying at the property MUST NOT exceed the number of persons stated in your booking request (unless express permission is given by us).
The property is rented for accommodation/holiday use only and no functions, parties or business activity are permitted without our express written permission.

5. CHECK IN: 2:30pm
6. CHECK OUT: 10:00am
7. HOUSEKEEPING: Linens and bath towels are included. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house
8. BEDROOMS: There are 3 bedrooms with Queen beds and two bedrooms each with 2 singles in each. Let us know what you need
9. WATER: The house is on Filtered mains water.
10. TOILETS: 2 Toilets, one inside and one next to outdoor bathroom / Laundry.
The septic system is very effective; however, it will block if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper
11. LAUNDRY: The is Front Loader Washing machine and Dryer in Laundry
12. BBQ: Please turn off the gas at bottle and clean after each use.
13. AIR CONDITIONING: Ducted Reverse Cycle air conditioning. There are two controls one in hallway and another in rear bedroom – Instructions in House
14. RUBBISH: Council pick up rubbish on Monday’s, please put out bins on Sunday night or end of stay.
PETS are permitted only with prior approval and the Pet Addendum must be completed.
