The Sweat v’s Steam is a footrace against one of Echuca’s famous Paddlesteamers the PS Pevensey.
The Bendigo Regional YMCA conducts the annual Sweat v’s Steam Fun Run each year, with all money raised being donated back to the Echuca-Moama community.
The Sweat vs Steam is considered to be the one regional fun run not to be missed. Why? Some say the tracks are the best you’ll find, others say it’s the scenery and because you have a real chance of beating the PS Pevensey.
The run is a unique experience and walkers are encouraged to participate in either the 12.5km or 5km course although runners need to complete the 12.5km run against PS Pevensey to be able to claim they have challenged the Pev
The Run begins at 8.00am and we encourage pre race day registrations
